Express MiE is a dance fitness center dedicated to developing self-confidence in women.  By offering fun dance fitness classes and pole dance courses for the everyday woman we help women rediscover their inherent beauty and express themselves in harmony with who they are as a fabulous, unique individual.

We are located at the south west corner of McClintock and Guadalupe in Tempe – in the same shopping center as Trader Joes and Changing Hands Bookstore. We are directly west of Trader Joe’s – just head through the breezeway next to the daycare center and we’re on the left. We admit we are a little hard to find… just think of it that we are a secret club for women to come and have fun! A hidden jewel is so much more intriguing than one in plain sight!
