Whether you have plenty of experience or consider yourself to be one of those “not coordinated enough” types, we are here to tell you that dance can change your life – just give it a try!

DANCE ELEMENTS
New to dance? This class is for you! We make it easy… using a series of simple moves and exercises we will train your body to grow accustomed to moving and make sure you have fun in the process. This is the perfect primer for those intimidated with regular dance classes but interested in fitness through dance. We’ve never met someone we couldn’t teach to dance… and we are up for any challenges!
BURN BY CANDLELIGHT
Work your abs and relax your mind… all by candlelight. In addition to an intentionally slow and deliberate abs routine you will stretch and tone your entire body, finishing with an oh-so-relaxing guided meditation.
YOGA BOOTY BALLET
Try the Hollywood fitness craze that tones your body with the best of yoga, ballet and hip-hop dance. You’ll be having so much fun you’ll forget you are working out! This class is a favorite.
MiE ZUMBA
Try the fitness craze that has swept the nation… this intense class will move you through several sexy Latin body rhythms as you melt away the pounds. Aerobics has NEVER been so much fun! And, exclusively at MiE, we make sure you learn the moves well enough to dance them in real life… not just at the gym!
POLE~AH~TEASE SEXY CORE WORKOUT
Plan on an intensely beautiful workout! This is 45 min of deep strength training with a blissful warm-up followed by all the exercises you need to shape your curves and train your body in the art of sensual dance. No pole or dance training – this is simply the workout. And, although Pole~ah~Tease classes are usually excluded from the Club MiE Girl membership & also a higher rate for drop-ins… we let you have this one just like it’s a regular fitness class! Enjoy getting your sexy work-out on.
SUNRISE STILETTO CAMP
Why do a boot camp class when you can get the same intense workout (plus a few sassy smiles) at a Stiletto Camp Class?!? ;> This early morning workout will shape your bootie, legs, abs and arms like nobody’s business. Not only will you build a gorgeous physique (which you will, no doubt, show off in stilettos!) but you will also get to start your day off right. *Remember* you must be on time to class because the door will lock at the start time so teacher can begin class. Up & at’em ladies!
BURLESQUE BEAUTY
Spice up your every-day workout while crafting the body of a diva! This vintage style of dance is flirty and fabulous… full of steamy moves guaranteed to heat up the room.
I COULD HAVE DANCED ALL NIGHT
My, my, MY fair lady!!! Where else can you learn the fine art of feminine club dancing? Come wallflowers, come those who insist the bar will fall over if they are not holding it up… we can help! Not only will you get a fabulous workout but you will also leave each week feeling a little more confident in your free-style dance abilities… until one day… shaZAM… your friends won’t be able to peel you off that dance floor.
VIDEO VIXEN
Move over MTV and VH1, our very own MiE Girls are taking the stage! Come shake it as you learn dances from popular music videos…so you, too, can have Beyoncé’s booty, Shakira’s hips, and Madonna’s abs.
COLLOQUIAL CELTIC
Learn to dance Riverdance style in this unique class designed to improve your skills and work your body. Irish step-dance is one of those things you’ve just gotta try… you’ll be hooked!
BOLLYWOOD BABES
Inspired by the Indian film tradition of infectiously expressive music comes a flirty & saucy full-body workout. The moves are simple but the results are big! Join us as we boogie to the bhangra beat.
SALSA PUMP
The benefits of interval training speak for themselves… mixing some light weight lifiting in with your cardio workout strengthens and tones all the right spots. However… instead of some boring step-aerobics we’ll have you bouncing around latin-style so keeping that heart pumping is fun!
GI JANE
Down on the ground! 10 Push-ups… OK now we’ll throw in a few steamy dance moves… come try the sexiest boot camp in town! Join us for an intense workout that will burn mega-calories and pump up your inner vixen. This class is for those that LOVE an hardcore workout – we’ll help you sculpt your curves in no time! Please wear tennis shoes and bring a towel… you are gonna need it.
HOOP-HOOP-HOORAY!
Fitness through hula-hooping is soooo worth trying! In this class you will tone your body, define your waistline and burn fat… while smiling through a workout that will amaze you.
BELLY-LICIOUS
Circle, shimmy and smile your way through a beautiful bellydance class. This ancient dance of femininity not only adds to your sensual dance training but is also an incredible workout!
SALSA-MENCO
What do you get when you blend the spicy, sexy moves of Salsa with the sensual arms, exotic hand gestures, passionate turns and undulating hips of Flamenco… Salsa-menco, of course!! In this hot, hot class you will dance your way to a more confident, toned you! Bring along some closed-toe hard sole shoes (with a low, sturdy heel) for maximum fun.
STRETCH MiE REAL GOOD
The benefits of stretching are numerous, yet who takes the time to really slow down and stretch in this fast-paced world? You know how good it feels once your muscles give in and relax… let MiE make it easy for you to keep those muscles long, lean and limber. We will stretch it…. stretch it REAL good.

Tone your entire body with this fun, creative workout. Using a stability ball we will dance you through the class in routines you will love.

BALLROOM BLAST
You don’t need a partner to learn these sexy and vivacious ballroom dances! Each week you’ll explore new dances from the varied world of ballroom, such as the cha cha, samba, jive and more. You’ll be having so much fun, you won’t even notice what an awesome workout you’re getting. GOTTA LOVE THE 80’s
If you remember the days of big hair and shoulder pads you will love working out to these tunes that marked those pivotal points in your life. In this class you can look forward to some fun, familiar moves and music that will keep you smiling the entire class. Neon attire optional.

OOH-LA-LA CARDIO
If it was possible to work out in heels and a cocktail dress this would be the class for it. More sopisticated than burlesque, more sultry than regular club dancing, this dance fitness class teaches you the moves that tease and tantalize… while creating a body you will love to show off.
RETRO BOOTIE BURN
Remember the good old days of short men with curly hair, leotards, legwarmers and hot pink steps? Well, we are bringing those moves back for you. This conditioning workout is a rad opportunity for you to create your very own buns of steel!
QI~QI SERENITY STRETCH
What do you get when you start with Qi Gong and add a little partner stretching to the mix? Qi~Qi Serenity, of course! KICKBOXING KWEEN

SOUND BODY
Are you ready for something new and incredible? This unique class is amazing. A blend of vocal training exercises (think: may-me-mah-mo-moo) and medium intensity workout moves (you WILL feel it!) are blended together and presented as a journey through the Chakras. By the end of the class you will have improved your body, voice and soul. Highly recommended for anyone studying voice/singing/theater.
