Q:  Do I get access to the East Valley Bootcamp Classes through my Club MiE Girl Membership?
A:  No, all EVBC classes are purchased through their website & exclusive of the Express MiE Classes & memberships.  They are simply held onsite at our location.  However, we did work it out such that all Express MiE Girls (Club MiE Girl Members + Pole~ah~Tease Students) get a special savings over at East Valley Bootcamp… you get $20 OFF all their regular monthly rates just for being a part of MiE!  Do the math on that… if you have a Petite Membership ($30/mo) and sign up for EVBC it’s like your MiE Girl Membership is only $10 per month!
 

Q:  Are the East Valley Bootcamp Classes women-only?
A:  No.  Although the attendees are mainly women, these boot camp classes are available to both men and women.  You know what that means… you and your honey (or brother or friend or whatever) can get your work-out on together!  The bootcampers will use a separate entrance into Studio Fleur, so for those of you ladies who are used to wandering our boy-free halls rest assured that will remain the same.
 

Q:  Where can I find info on class times & registration costs?
A:  Easy!  Just wander on over to www.eastvalleybootcamp.com for all the latest info.  They offer those super early classes for you before-work people + mid-mornings for you day class lovers + evening classes for anyone not yet mentioned.  ;>  And, with our convenient location it is even easier than ever to work your workout into your schedule.

Q:  Anything else I need to know?
A:  Why yes, glad you asked!  ;>  Make sure you are on time to your EVBC classes or the class will start without you.  These classes are always held in Studio Fleur, and you will not use the main Express MiE entrance to get to them – you get your own special one at the other end of the building.  Simply use the EAST glass door – that is the one closest to Trader Joes.  Have fun!
