Calling all dancers near and far… here is your chance to have a ton of fun dancing your bootie off, Express MiE style, in a less-than-a-week-long “Camp MiE”  dance intensive.  Perfect for the out-of-town girl friend or as a fun and healthy “stay-cation” option; we’ll make sure you have a great time developing your sassy self into a dancing queen extraordinaire.  We have everything from our signature Pole~ah~Tease sensual pole dance classes (imagine ~ completing a whole level in just 1 week!) to your more traditional modern, ballet, lyrical and hip-hop classes ~ each taught by local experts.  It’s time for some fabulous feminine fun!

Pole~ah~Tease Sensual Pole Dance Intensives
Come and learn an entire level of our sexy, sassy dance and spins in just 4 days!  You will come at the same time Monday thru Thursday (4 days in a row) for 2 hours each day.  Make sure to eat your wheaties, ladies, cuz this will be some intense fun!

Cost:  $180 per level, or $150 with Early Bird Special (purchase before 6/10 for discount)
As usual, Club MiE girl discounts do not apply to pole classes

Week 1 Pole~ah~Tease Schedule (Mon 6/28- Thurs 7/1):
~ Level 1: 10am-12 with Christie
~ Level 2: 6-8pm with Christie
~ Level 3/4: 8-10pm with Christie

Week 2 Pole ~ah~Tease Schedule (Mon 7/5 – Thurs 7/8):
~ Level 1: 8-10pm with Erin
~ Level 2: 10am-12 with Hannah
~ Level 3/4: 6-8pm with Hannah

Traditional Dance Class Intensives
Summer Camp is not just for kids!  During each 3 day workshop you will get to build your skills in Hip Hop or Modern, Ballet and Lyrical dance.  Although many calories will be burned in the process, these workshops are less focused on the workout aspect and more focused on helping you develop coordination & technique in your dancing.  There will be technical drills as well as choreography in each class.  This series will be a fun challenge for beginners and yet still appropriate for intermediate level dancers.  And, best of all, it will be taught by a super friendly dance-a-holic teacher… just like you’ve come to expect from Express MiE.  This workshop is geared toward adult women but teenage girls over age 14 are also welcome.  Friendly, non-judgmental environment included. ;>

Cost:  $100, or $75 with Early Bird Special (purchase before 6/10 for discount)

PLAY Session (2 week) Fitness & Pole Class Schedule
During the 2 weeks of the PLAY session (6/27 – 7/10) Express MiE will be closed for regular pole & fitness classes.   If you are a Toujour Club MiE Girl Member your membership billing in July will automatically process at 50% off the normal rate to accomodate for the difference. (If you would like you can apply the savings toward the summer camp intensive of your choice to keep your dance workout on! Or, consider it a little bonus toward your summer vacation). If you are a Moyenne or Petite member you can simply come more often to use your 4 or 10 classes during the time that we are open. Or, if you put in a written request (to contactmie@expressmie.com) before June 1st, 2010, we’ll be happy to prorate your July membership (and the corresponding # of available classes) by 50%. Thanks for your flexibility as we spice things up to keep it fun & give our hard-working teachers a little break!
