Hey!     Merry Merry Monday everyone!  OK, first things first, how cool is the date today?!?  8-9-10… love that. I recently booked someone for the LOVE YOUR BODY DAY Photoshoot… she got the 10am appt on 10-10-10. What better way to smile on such a fun date in time?  I admit it, I’m a bit of a dork when it comes to numbers.  Either that or just very easily amused sometimes!    Early Bird Specials expire THIS Weds (8/11) at midnight! Merry Merry Monday everyone!  Welcome to all the newbies (and all our fabulous regulars!) who joined us for National Dance Day on Saturday. Everyone had a ton of fun.  I hope you enjoyed your free memberships + goodies!  Like I said on Facebook… I vote we just pretend that EVERY day is National Dance Day.  Or, at least just dance every day – that’ll do!   I am SUPER excited about the unique workshops we have coming up for you!  These are not workshops we run regularly – we have brought in special guests – so get your spot early cuz once they are gone, well, they are gone. ;>   Learn to LOVE YOUR BODY – NOW! Dance with MiE: Fun Couples Dance Lessons

In each 6 wk foundations course you will learn an easy fast dance, a slow dance and a more challenging fast dance. Plus, we give you super detailed handouts, a dance lesson binder to keep them organized in AND a practice CD in each course you take. What more could you want?!? ;>

 

We always focus on using current music so you can take the moves you learn out onto any dance floor together. We also help you become excellent leaders and followers… ensuring you build all the communication tools you need to enjoy dancing together. At Express MiE we have a unique way of teaching that (believe it or not) makes dance easy to learn. Guys particularly like our style of explaining things – we can teach you to be a confident leader no matter how many left feet you have. We cut right to the chase and give you the basic principles you need to know so you can enjoy dance… and look good while doing so!
