Nigel Lithgoe of the popular TV show “So You Think You Can Dance” challenged the nation to get up and dance on Saturday, July 31st, and offered a fun hip-hop routine for everyone to do on the newly instituted “National Dance Day.” In order to introduce you to the fabulous world of dance fitness + teach you the national routine we have a series of 6 classes for you to choose from. In each class you will get to sample one of our most popular dance fitness classes plus learn half of the hip-hop routine. Each class is $10 and there is a limit of 2 classes per person.
CLASS SCHEDULE:
2:00-2:45 ~ Pole~ah~Tease Sexy Core + SYTYCD Routine Part 1 2:45-3:30 ~ Dance Sculpt + SYTYCD Routine Part 2 3:30-4:15 ~ Zumba + SYTYCD Routine Part 1 4:15-5:00 ~ National Dance Day: Bollywood + SYTYCD Routine Part 2 5:00-5:45 ~ Tu-Tu for You + SYTYCD Routine Part 1 5:45-6:30 ~ Video Vixen + SYTYCD Routine Part 2 These classes are exclusive of all our standard memberships, but your Club MiE Girl Discounts do apply to the $10 class fee if you are already a member. All proceeds from the event will go to the Dizzy Feet Foundation – an organization dedicated to increasing access to dance education. Best of all… every new client in attendance will receive a FREE Petite Club MiE Girl Membership for the month of August… just for showing up! (New client = have never had a Club MiE Girl fitness class membership before). And, all you other lovely ladies (current and previous members) will get a cute little MiE Girl gift.
