You’ve seen it on You Tube & in competitions around the world ~ acrobatic pole work is simply amazing! This gymnastic art requires a good amount of strength, patience and dedication. At Express MiE we are fortunate to have the only 2009 US Pole Dance Federation finalist from the state of Arizona as your instructor… come let her teach you the secrets of this beautiful art!

**Make sure to wear short shorts that expose your full leg in order to grip the pole.  Platform shoes are welcome but optional.

COURSE PREREQUISITE: Pole~ah~Tease Levels 1-4 must be completed prior to enrolling. Completion of Level 5 is recommended prior to enrolling, but not required. Advancement to Intermediate class is not based upon completion of the Beginner course but by teachers approval.  In blended classes students will be grouped by ability level & challenged accordingly.

Private lessons (for advanced acrobatic pole dance training and/or pole dance competition training) is also available through our Princess Points Program.
