Merry, Merry Monday! Can you believe this beautiful weather we are having? I actually got to go to a park yesterday & toss a frisbee. Love this AZ sun fun!

POLE CLASSES START MONDAY – SIGN UP NOW OR YOU’LL MISS OUT!

Alright, so I’m sure you ladies have still been in such a holiday happy mode you are just now starting to get geared back up for some January fitness fun. But, make sure you don’t dilly dally… (did I spell that right? LOL… don’t think I’ve ever had to type that before) because our next session of pole classes starts THIS COMING WEEK – and if you don’t get signed up you are gonna miss your chance until almost March!
