Merry, Merry Monday! Wowie zowie… loving this cooler weather! Fall is here, and we have lots happening over at Express MiE! For starters, our really cool October Special:

ZEN~FEMME Special

The pole class schedules are up for our next session (ZEN: 11/8-1/9/10) and the following one (FEMME 1/10/10-2/20) and if you go ahead and purchase both of those sessions by Oct 31st we are gonna give you a FREE month (12/1/09-12/31/09) as a Club MiE Girl Member! If you are a current member you get to skip your Dec pmt (more money for the holidays! – your membership will continue automatically in January) and if you’ve never tried Club MiE Girl you are gonna get to for FREE! We’ll help you de-stress and keep you smiling all month… plus we’ll help you stave off those pesky holiday pounds!

Oh – and lest you worry about being busy over the holidays, remember we are taking the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years off from pole classes, so the pace will be just right.

Watch MiE on TV: Thurs 10/8 @ 10pm, Channel 12

Tune in ladies! Just after you watch the long-awaited wedding (go Pam & Jim!) on “The Office” at 8pm and get a few smiles from Jay Leno at 9pm, you get to see a fun segment Channel 12 did on our recent “Putting the MiE Back in Sex” workshop.

Although those workshops include both a “sexy” ;> medical discussion and a sensual dance lesson, the producer said they will be accenting the story toward the dance this time. And, because it was a sensual dance class (as opposed to one focused more directly on pole dancing) it’s a little more soft and sensual. In it we discuss some of the priciples of dance that are “behind the scenes” in my Pole~ah~Tease classes. I’m so excited! Let me know how you like it! Oh – and tell all your friends about it so they can get a better idea of what we offer in our classes.
